Bread and Pasta Making Workshop

Do you love the aroma of fresh-baked bread? How about the taste of freshly made pasta? You can learn easy ways to make bread and pasta at home at the Bread and Pasta Making Workshop on January 25th at 9 am.

The University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service and the Garland County Extension Homemakers Council will be offering this single-session workshop to teach you how to make bread and pasta. The class will feature a French bread demonstration and hands-on bread and pasta making, no special equipment required.  After this class, you’ll leave with your own loaf of Parmesan Herb Bread, fresh pasta noodles, and recipes to use at home.

The class will be held at the EHC Building located on the Garland County Fairgrounds. Fee for the class is $10. Space is limited, so register before the January 18th deadline by contacting the Garland County Extension Service at 623-6841, emailing Lwashburn@uaex.edu or visit the Extension office located at 236 Woodbine in Hot Springs.
